Chelsea Domenica’s work in Music Facilitation has grown from a deep-rooted belief that the right musical guidance can transform an event long before the first note is played. Alongside her life on stage, she has spent more than a decade shaping musical experiences behind the scenes, supporting productions, curating artists, and ensuring that sound, technology, and atmosphere align seamlessly.
Over the past two years, she has expanded this role through hands-on DJ workshops for both children and adults. From energetic children’s birthday parties to fun gatherings for families and friends, these sessions invite participants into the world of mixing and music discovery in a playful, accessible way.
Her facilitation work also includes long-standing collaborations with corporate and private clients, such as organizing and musically shaping the Women@ASML winter party for 3 consecutive years. In these settings, Chelsea oversees not only the programming but also the broader musical ecosystem, coordinating artists, managing technical setups, and guiding the flow of the event so that every detail supports the bigger picture.
With over ten years of experience booking and facilitating performers for events and productions, she brings a trusted, intuitive approach to artist curation. Drawing on an extensive network and a sharp ear for context, she advises clients on which DJs, instrumentalists, or live acts best suit their vision, matching musical style to audience, timing, and atmosphere with care and precision.
